• Responsible to improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
• Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence. Coordinating closely with authorities to support the clients.
• Work with multiple departments and clients to ensure all business models are in sync, related to capacity planning, scheduling, materials management and disposal, logistics, etc.
• To assist in providing reports related to property periodically to the management as and when required. Maintain and update complete inventory of all properties and projects in TECOM (IMPZ).
• Define and monitor quantitative performance statistics and evaluate workflow for productivity improvements.
• Provide assistance and direction for resolving production related issues to ensure that all key service levels are maintained at or above client expectations Assist commercial and business development department in viewing Pre Built Units and offices, site tour with potential clients and, Key Handover procedures.
• Visit VIP Business Partners on time to time basis with PRM team.
• Coordinating closely with authorities to support the Business Partners and arrange successful inspections to make Business partners business running smooth and encouraged them to work as per the HSE guide lines, Civil defense, TECOM engineering Department and Zoning authority regulations.
• Visits DEWA to resolve the issues on behalf of Business Partners and IMPZ for registration, billing and to get the new connection etc.
