As a Desktop support specialist, I am responsible for maintaining computer hardware, applications, software and minor network issues. Im also responsible for installing new programs and following 1. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot end user desktops, managing updates, and providing technical support 2. Responding promptly to queries and providing information on the proper installation, maintenance, and use of technical systems 3. Working / coordinating closely with inter department colleague in performing daily duties 4. Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with hardware or software systems 5. Attend troubleshooting calls/tickets and execute installations, desktop/laptop maintenance and upgrades 6. Extend technical support for technology projects 7. Assessing user needs and recommending technical solution such as patches, upgrades, or enhancements 8. Monitoring Antivirus status and troubleshooting issues related Antivirus and any security related issue on desktop level and updating the department head for any incidents 9. Documenting technical support procedures and maintaining end user records 10. Completing thorough installations on the end user environment by taking backups of data, upgrading systems as needed and installing new software or hardware 11. Determine and execute system reconfiguration needs 12. Configuring access ports to required VLAN 14. Offer remote support for remote users 15. Install and manage peripheral support devices like Printers 16. Maintaining IT assets Database on helpdesk software iTop 17. Availability on Phone Calls during non-working hours and on weekend 18. Informing the management at least 24 hours earlier for any leaves except critical lines. 19. Travelling to other location (Branches) if required

As an IT Administrator I am responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IT related issues, managingour network infrastructure, and working with vendors to ensure our IT systems are up-to-date. 6. Coordinating with the third party service provider for timely repair of the system under themaintenance agreement warranty, and repairing minor flaws in hardware if not covered under the same
7. Providing assistance in installation of other peripherals like printers, scanners, etc., cabling systemslike local area network cables, network interface cards, wired switches, etc.

1. Supporting and assisting colleagues and working with other support groups and vendors for solvinglevel two issues
2. Developing strategies, assisting with designs and applications, software testing, development, and upgradation with level two support for preventing technical breakdown in future
