 Study full project and made an estimate of the required budget for the senior engineer approval.
 Get approved HVAC Shop Drawings, MEP- Coordination Drawings, Work method statement and Project Specification from Project Engineer & Provide to site supervisor.
 Reviewed the development and made sure that the entire installation process went as per schedule.
 Ensure the HVAC Ducts, and fittings accessories are available.
 Ensure sufficient hand tools, power tools and ladder is available for installation.
 Coordinate with other discipline and ensure site clearance is available to start the HVAC Activities.
 Prior to start HVAC activities notify to QC Personal for surveillance to ensure the quality work.
 Arrange the sufficient manpower such as Supervisor, Foreman, Duct fitter, pipe fitter.
 Preparing relevant documents to conduct inspection for completed installation activities.
 Maintained proper documentation of all the daily work being carried out.
 Active involvement in weekly meetings with the Project management.
 Resolve the site related issues with QC Supervisor and manager.
 Monitor all the workers must follow the safety orientation.
 Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work.
