Test Execution Manager established complete testing process and practices, overseen the test preparation, executions, reporting, escalation, resolution and implementation of several key application development testing projects, major releases and M&Os, associated with MCP implementation at PMO level of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and Health Insurance Exchange (HIX) space in projects.

I am also involved with long term testing and release planning, facilitation, and completion of the testing plans and test cases for all of the related projects. With my extensive experience, I am responsible to make judgment for planning and accomplishing goals, leading, directing, supporting and managing teams of size 10-15, directing work in goal oriented direction. Authored and owned test execution report, metrics, daily test summary report, etc., also assisted program manager with test plan, test strategy and reporting documentation. My overall SDLC experience stretches back over 22 years.

As Manager with Quality Assurance, I have hands on experience with day-to-day coordination of Agile and Hybrid approach for end to end testing, project management staff, vendor partners, activities associated with the development for Eligibility Systems for the client agencies like DHS and DCH. I was also responsible for release planning and work prioritizing during my managerial capacities.

Individually and in groups, handled M&O testing, created test cases based on different possible functional scenarios, worked closely with BAs, Project/Program Managers and Testing Team at Program level, and Developers and Production Team at Project Level.
