As a QA/QC Engineer I am responsible for ensuring that all Mechanical works within the construction project installed and delivered to the highest quality standards in compliance with project specifications, industry codes, and contractual requirements. Role:
•Worked as a team lead working on electronic marking of different modules of Petronas
•Collecting and assessing engineering data of the desired platform
•Electronic marking on the critical parts like decks(Top deck, Upperdeck, Process deck), legs, legsection, verticals, vertical sections, verticals and horizontal diagonas, padeye, main framing &secondary framing, flooring and handrail, and nodes
•Formation of Asset registers for e-marking structural drawings of different parts of ship like Topside and Hull side.
•Different structural marking on the topside and hull side of the ship

Roles and Responsibilities:
•Prepare Quality Control plans/ITPs for Piping in shutdown repair, modification work.
•Review WPS for CS and SS material of pipe and flange.
•Carry out Fit up and Welding inspection on Reformer tubes of furnace.
•Carry out Inspection of Heat Exchangers, Pre cleaning, Post cleaning, hydro jetting and hydro testing.
•Measured Bevel Angle with weld guage before fitup inspection.
•Raised NDT requests as per welding requirements.
•Coordinate with NDT service providers and Third party Inspectors.
•Carry out inspection of piping modification.
•Carry out WQT on mock up test for SMAW and GTAW.
