• Provide engineering support for both onshore & offshore for Projects, Scoping, prepare Design / Project Basis Memorandums, Develop Conceptual Drawings, Designs for Telecom Systems such as PA/GA Gai-Tronics & Federal Signal (Public Address General Alarm Systems), UHF TMR MPT1327 System, UHF/VHF radios, Subsea Cable between onshore and offshore, Structured Cabling, Public Address Emergency Alarm Systems (PAEAS) Gai-Tronics USA, UHF SCADA Radios 4790CR, Microwave Radios, Transmission (OTN) System
• Provide Voice/Data connectivity to offshore rigs
• FEED document preparation, Specification & Design, Project Site Supervision & execution, Contract Scoping & Administration
• Review and give consent to the Conceptual, Preliminary and Detail Design for EPC projects
• Design Structured Cabling (ISP), Outside Plant Cabling (OSP) for voice / Data networks
• Review & approve engineering drawings and ensure that appropriate telecom standards are used
• Prepare Scope of Work, Compensation, Bill of Quantities, Company estimate, Tender Response Requirements, Unpriced Tender evaluation matrix’s, evaluate proposals (Technical & Commercial) recommend and finalize the proposals of bidders.
• Plan and implement assigned telecommunication projects from inception to completion.
• Manage time and cost changes and participate in Factory Acceptance Tests, monitor Installation, execution, testing & commissioning, involved in Mechanical Acceptance Tests (MAC), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), Pre Safety Start Up (PSSR) and project close-out process
• Manage scope, Communication, Human resources, Risk, review progress and recommend mitigation strategies, advice corrective and preventive actions
• Manage and drive project delivery; ensure compliance with overall project objectives
• Responsible for preparing long term strategies for telecom systems
• Lead, prepare & participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Method of Statements, Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA’s), Risk Assessment’s (RA’s) and incident management related to telecom systems
• Planning, Budgeting (OPEX & CAPEX) for telecom section
• Ensure availability of RasGas Telecommunication Systems at a high level of performance.
• Provide Telecommunication support service to Company sites
• Responsible in the telecom scope development of maintenance contract for fiber optic sub-sea cable (90kms) between onshore and offshore, monitor, ensure ROV surveys are performed as per prescribed schedule, study / evaluate video anomalies for any cable damages, drifts and recommend appropriate repair strategy & mitigation plans.
• Prepare repair procedures / contracts for all types of telecommunication systems. Initiate and discuss improvements and present recommendations for such amendments to higher management.
• Provide engineering support for preventive and corrective maintenance of telecommunication facilities in RasGas plant (onshore & offshore) to ensure their continued availability and high performance.
• Prepare equipment strategies, preventive maintenance procedures, preventive maintenance manuals for telecom systems as per RasGas Facility integrating management systems (FIMS)
• Prepare and recommend procurement plans for consumable spare parts and materials needed in the repair of telecommunication equipment.
• Evaluate and report Key Points Indicators (KPI’s) to key stakeholders
• Lead project / maintenance team in major technical, cost, scheduling, procurement, human resources, scope management and performance decisions
• Identification of variances from plan; develop solutions and initiate corrective actions
• Review and advise key stake holders on proposals and feasibility studies considering ROI
• Liaison with local regulatory authorities (CRA, Ooreedo) approval; make sure of its implementation and compliance.
• Provide advice, training and guidance to assigned project team members as required.
Working as Operations Manager at prince Sulatn air base. Responsible for maintenance of Electronics, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Landscaping & Custodial services.

• Reporting to Project Director daily regarding the progress of work.
• Assign the responsibility to different crews, supervise & monitor the engineers daily in order to complete the job orders & to meet quality and targets.
• Preparing cost estimations, scheduling and executing the new projects arranging manpower, machinery, equipments etc as per requirement of the project.
• Follow up with work control dept in order to mainatin the project schedule so as to avoid time delays and to execute work within budget and on time.

Responsible for Operation, maintenance & programming of Alcatel A4400 PCX Switch. Handled component level repair of operator consoles, ALE/DLE PCM’s. Operation & Maintenance of A4400 switch having total capacity of 15000 extensions comprising of 3 nodes. Upgradation of A4400. Done installation of cabinets (M3, total 6), laydown of all cables to MDF, Programming of extensions, trunklines, hotlines, tielines, Quad ckts, voice mail, Auto Attendants etc.
PCM(E1 ckts) connectivity between AL-Kharj air base & Riyadh HQ. E& M tie line (4 wire, 2 wire), back to back tie line, V-SAT connectivity between different air base through Electronia system.Worked on external billing system of teletiger & racal voice recorder.
