EFU Life is a largest private sector life assurance company in pakistan.I started my job in this company as a Sales Consultant in Oct 2001 and win sales contest many times and achieved top contribution paid in individual life business many times. I achieved also a top sales distinction in individual life business i.e MDRT certification and this certification is given by Life Office Management Association Of America (LOMA). In 2004 i have been promoted as a Unit Manager. I qualified as a Top Unit Manager many times in this company. In 2006 I have been Promoted as a Asistant Branch Manager. I qualified as a Top Asistant Branch Manager many times in this company. I resigned from this company as a Location Manager Multan Fort Branch. My job was to look after the sales team and sales managers, My key responsibility was Quality recruitment, Training and Development, Currently I am responsible for 43 sales team members including 5 managers. Accomplishment of company given sales targets with my team is my basic responsibility .Now I have recently rejoin as Branch Manager.
Pak Qatar Family Takaful Ltd. is a private largest takaful company in pakistan. I join this company as a Business Unit Head Multan Branch . Multan Branch of this company was one of the failure branch of Pakistan. At the time of joining the total Branch Strength was 28 with 3 managers. I developed the operation of Multan Branch and qualified as a Top Business Unit Head for the last quarter of year 2009 in my Region. In July 2010 I have been promoted as Group Head of this Company. I did top in my region in collected paid contribution for the year 2010 and also qualify as a Top Group Head for the year 2010 of Central Region. My job responsibility was to look after and Supervise the sales force and sales managers. I was Responsible for 130 manpower including 15 managers. My key responsibility was Quality Recruitment, Training and Development and accomplishment of given sales targets with my team.

I did master's in business administration in 2001, I was also a CR of my class and also did top in Statistical Inferences in my university. I am also a good speaker. I also did work on different assignments and projects during my course.
