Key areas of responsibility
• Conducting Site Specific Safety Induction for all new employees.
• Carrying out scheduled site visits and monitor the implementation status of OHSE procedures at site and reporting the same to project manager.
• Carrying out & maintain the records of the weekly and monthly inspection records as per the procedure
• Carrying out Risk Assessment reviews as required by OHSEMS
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports and submit it to the HSE manager
• Monitoring the staff performance of site staffs and submitting the report to HSE manager.
• Investigating site incidents and Submitting the report to HSE manager
• Monitoring the Sub Contractor performance and submitting the report to HSE manager.
• Identifying unsafe act and unsafe conditions at site and correcting it with the respective engineers.
• Ensuring toolbox talks are being given to all site workers.
• Conducting EHS trainings at site as per the training calendar.
• Conducting mock drills in regular intervals.
• Maintain suggestion, Near miss database
