an authorized dealer of General Motors (GM)Chevrolet & G.M.C, Nissan Infiniti, Maserati & FAW Hongqi in KSA with showrooms all over the kingdom including facilities of sales of new cars, used cars, new parts sales, service workshop, lease &PEAX rental division. My responsibility includes:
• Invoicing and processing the deal for vehicle delivery.
• Requesting the vehicles from PDI (Pre-Vehicle Delivery Inspection) departing,
• Updating the vehicles status upon receiving the vehicle.
• Monthly took inventory of stock on showroom vehicles and identified discrepancies between computer logs and physical counts.
• Processing the sales deals for finance clearance.
• Processing the sales document for issuing the number plate.
• Filed agreement documents clearly and accurately to maintain good record order & finalizing delivery process documents.
• Supported strategy delivery through accurate sales systems and spreadsheet management.
• Preparing and submitting the bank clearance documents to finance department.
• Submitting the audit document upon the GM Audit request.
• Keeping and maintaining sales record for internal and external audit.
• Updating the GM Support fund in the system
• Maintaining the DEMO vehicles records
• Submitting the month end report to achieve the sales target.
• Monthly review of vehicle costs to ensure that all costs are directly reflecting in the product cost and accurately reflecting the product profitability.
• Participate in periodic inventory /stock counts and present the report to management.
• Performs other duties as assigned from time to time by Sales Regional manager.
