" Analyze the process by working on defect management ensuring processing meeting the SLA which will in turn increase ramp up percentage.
" Conduction assessments on the Bottom quartile employees and propose improvement plan.
" Analyze the Quality audit done by the QA team and prepare action plan increasing the individual Quality score.
" Controlling & analyzing, Attrition and no call no show % in finding solution with the management team to build a better process.
" Ensure highest Customer Satisfaction through the service provided by the team.
" Continuously mentor Team members to perform better with regular trainings and Updates.
" Conduct leadership, Career Development Program, Soft skills, customer service & training sessions to other teams in the process.
" Interact with Client to provide reports on daily activities and the improvement of the process.
" Track Process efficiency and Performance metrics Through Weekly Reviews
" Generate Reports & dashboards for the entire Team like, Average Handle Time, Average Response Time Adherence, Phone leakage, CSAT and Quality etc.
" Review the metrics and reports with higher management.
