1. Welding/Brazing Procedure and Welder/Brazer Performance Qualification Services for

2. Consultancy Services and Internal Inspection Services for

- KGN Industries - Pressure Vessel and Piping / Pipeline Items.
- Qucon Boilers Pvt Ltd. - Boiler Manufacturing

3. Third-Party Inspection Services - PEB Structural Manufacturing for

- K. Raheja Corp.

 Incoming raw material & Consumables inspection as per Bill of material and review of test certificates with respect to Standards and Purchase Order.
 Witnessing Mechanical test in laboratories - Tensile, Impact, Hardness & Bend test
 Inspection of valves, pipes, fittings, pressure vessels, skids, tube bundles etc.
 Marking, Cutting, Rolling & Fit up Inspection like length, width, thickness, I.D, O.D, Ovality, Root Gap, Bevel Angle etc.
 Control of welding process as per applicable WPS & PQR requirements.
 Welding Visual Inspection & Welding Parameter Monitoring.
 Witnessing PT, UT and MPT and Review of Radiographic films.
 Monitor on calibration certificate of welding machine, oven and instruments.
 Witnessing of Pressure testing of boiler, vessel, pipe & valve (Hydro/Pneumatic).
 Surface Preparation, Cleaning & Profile measurement, WFT & DFT Measurement and Adhesion Test Inspection.
 Handling, Storage and Pre Dispatch inspection.
 Familiar with various recommended national and international standards - ASME Sec II (Part A & C), ASME Sec - V, ASME Sec VIII Div 1, ASME Sec IX, ASME B31.3, ASME B16.5, API 577, API 1104, AWS, IS, IBR, DIN and ISO.
