i currently work in an all day dining restaurant (b cafe ) in shangrila hotel, i take care of day to day operations in the restaurant, assist the sous chef in maintaining the quality of food, on the buffet and ala carte, maintaining the food cost, planning the menu, duty roaster for the employees i mainly take care of the Indian Cuisine but i also overlook the continental cuisine i have fair idea and good knowledge of continental cuisine as well, i also meet my guest and take feed backs and also customize food according to their requirements in case of gluten allergy or any kind of allergy or even if the guest is unwell
