• Taking initial inspection on site and ensuring work will comply as per project specification and standard prior to Consultant (or) Client Inspection.
• Supervising the work in accordance with approved Method Statement and approved Shop drawings and issued for Construction drawing.
• Ensure all work activities will follow the sequence as per approved Inspection and Test Plan at site,
• Necessary assistance for getting approvals from the consultant for day-by-day Project works.
• Preparing Mock-up Inspection for each activity and preparing Mock-up report for submission to the Client.
• Coordinate to contractor Civil Design Team for any discrepancies between IFC drawing and shop drawings or Project specification and latest Qatar Construction Standards.
• Monitor subcontractor’s performance for compliance with quality requirements.
• Ensure that Inspections, Materials and Equipment’s delivered at site are getting Approvals from the consultant and Maintain records.
• To Ensure timely action on any comments and complaints by the Consultant (OR) Clients and closing the NCR’s if any.
• To Ensure that all testing and measuring instruments are calibrated as per Standard requirements.
• To Ensure implementation of Quality standards and control an all- ongoing works on Site.
• Safekeeping of all Quality manuals, Standards, Forms, Records, and other quality related documents relevant to the project.
• Review the shop Drawing submittals & Material submittals ana approve the same in terms of drawing numbering system and general presentation and weather the drawings incorporate all relevant procedural.
• Reporting any Site observations (or) Non-Conformity to the QA/QC Manager.
• Providing and updating all kinds of log related to work at site such as Concrete, Inspection request log, Test request log, Material inspection log, Test reports & Results request log, Grouting Monitoring log, FDT log etc.
• Coordinating with third party Laboratory and Technicians for testing at site.

1.Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.
Setting out, levelling and surveying the site.
2.Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
3.Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
4.Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant.
5 Agreeing a price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
6.Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect.
7.Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
8.Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
9.Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
10.Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
11.Preparing reports as required.
Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

Executing the work as per design and plan, maintaining safety environment in the field, taking suggestion from the manager for technical issues, preparing weekly, monthly bills of contructer, preparing Bill of Quantities, Ensuring that before work starts labors should be in site, Attending meetings with clients and manager on the progress of work, coardinating with contructer, site engineers, Mep services on day by day implementation of work,
