Achievement of Business Value( 55Million/month) and Volume targets on Daily, Weekly, Monthly targets
Perform Administrative functions as per required KPI
Channels development and execution as per set parameter
Monitoring Brand/SKU wise sale and productivities to monitor and measure DSR wise performance to ensure brand wise target achievement and growth
Drive initiatives to expand sales through identifying opportunity areas
Develop relationships with Trade in order to help customer in market development and sales upsurge.
Ensure the company brands visibility at optimum location and eyesight and effective utilization of POS and Merchandising drives which add vale into business
Plan and Monitor distributor coverage as per ULTRA guidance and ensure compliance
Bridge the gaps between customer and company to resolve their problems, help them in activity planning and budgeting
Implement company Safety policies keeping in view company ‘SHE’ policy and also ensure good warehouse practices.
Prepare quarterly and monthly sales forecast, ROI, Profit and Loss account, PP-Matrix of existing distributors, Joint Business plan (JBP), Distributor business plans (DBP).
Responsible for Team Building and development to meet and deal with challenges in market place
Maintain records and reports as per company benchmarks, update them regularly and meet desired time lines.
