Decree.
• Spearheaded market expansion into Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan through business development, collaborating
with developers (AMEA, MASDAR, EDF, EURUS) to secure renewable and conventional power plant EPC contracts.
• Prepared and reviewed contractual correspondence, notices, and claims with OEMs, Govt authorities, and ACWA
Power to resolve issues on the 1500MW KUNGRAD, 200MW NUKUS II, and 100MW NUKUS I projects. Originated EOT
and Cost claims exceeding USD 5.5 Million, ensuring strict adherence to contract terms.
• Managed payment cycles with project owners and subcontractors, monitored financial exposures, ensured cash
flow stability, and presented performance reports to C-suite executives.

• Drove end-to-end delivery of a $72M IFC-funded 50MW Wind Power Project; structured and negotiated PPA,
EPC, WTG, OEM, and 10-year O&M contracts with favorable scope divisions and milestone-based payment terms. Led
tariff True-Up petitions at COD and secured a landmark PPA amendment with the Government of Pakistan.
• Managed operations across 2×50MW wind farms sustaining 98% plant availability and a 31%+ capacity factor;
oversaw $21M in annual billing and drove CAPEX & downtime reduction.
• Led recovery of $250, 000+ across five major gearbox failure insurance claims through rigorous root cause
analysis, procurement coordination, and commercial negotiation.
• Spearheaded development of a 270MW renewables pipeline; led feasibility studies, competitive bidding RFPs,
grid interconnection, and environmental impact assessments.

• Led electrical infrastructure project execution; managed vendors, contractors, and consultants; administered
contracts and technical approvals for 132kV substations.
• Directed maintenance, reliability, and safety for HV assets, achieving 98% availability for a 50MW wind project
through optimized schedules and adherence to OSHA and IEC standards.

• Contributed to the technical and commercial development of the 50MW Artistic Energy Power Plant; led
technical bid evaluation across 8 EPC bidders and multiple turbine manufacturers.
• Worked with government organizations to solicit NOCs (LOI renewal, IEE approval, Civil aviation height clearance,
right of way).

• Supported financial close of the 50MW Artistic Wind Power Plant, coordinating across legal, regulatory, and commercial workstreams.
