Construction Supervision for Road & Infrastructure Works at Ain Khaled.
Responsible for entire Civil Constructions works for Road and Infrastructure Works at Ain Khaled (Zone-56) Package -1.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for submitting both 28 & 45 days deliverables to Consultant and Client on time.
Responsible for arranging dewatering, discharge, advertisement, slurry lagoon permits along with Stake Holder Manager and Environmental Engineer.
Responsible for preparing dewatering network with Pump, Sedimentation tank and Scada System for Asghal & O&M inspection.
Responsible for arranging all kind of machineries and material for the works starting from gradation to excavation.
Monitoring the progress of the machineries specially Trencher and drum cutter.
Resolving the issue of Utilities clashing with Technical team and consultant.
Responsible for reviewing and finalizing IPC with QS.
Reviewing and finalizing Base line program.
Reviewing and finalizing 4 weeks look ahead and 1 week look ahead program.
Monitoring the timely updates for the Lean Enhancement room with Lean Engineer.
Accompany client/Consultant during site visit and verification before execution of works.
Coordination between different department & subcontractors at site in order to allow works to progress smoothly as per the required schedule.
Construction Supervision for Metro Station Box, Subway’s & Entrances( 2 Nos.)
Responsible for entire civil constructions works for 2 nos of Metro station’s and Entrances for the Red Line South Underground Al Doha Al Jadeda & Al Matar station in Doha- Qatar.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for construction of all Civil works for underground metro station box for Red Line Metro, South Underground project in Doha, Qatar.
Execution of excavation works for station box and Entrances along with excavation support works and drainage shafts.
Waterproofing works for the Station box as per the specification & laying of underground drainage system.
Civil Works for the construction of Station box and all its structural components & support works for TBM as per schedule.
Maintaining site installations & yard as per requirement.
Diversion of Site Utilities & Construction of station access structure/underpass structure.
Preparing reports and documentation of work executed.
Preparation of look ahead plan and material management for smooth working at project site.
Accompany client/Consultant during site visit and verification before execution of works.
Coordination between different department & subcontractors at site in order to allow works to progress smoothly as per the required schedule.
Responsible for the construction of Square manholes & Circular Manholes. Work includes supervision of Trial Pits for the existing utilities, Excavation of Deep Trenches upto 12 meter, laying of Geotextile, Gravel as a bedding Material, laying of GRP pipes of 1600 mm, Gravel surround the pipe and backfilling. Construction of Square manhole for surface water drainage includes checking the formation level, P.C.C, Formwork, Fixing of Rebar & concrete for walls & precast cover slabs. Circular manhole for foul sewer line includes excavation of deep trenches upto 7 meters, laying of VC pipes of different diameters ranging from 300 mm to 1000 mm and construction of deep circular manholes of various diameters of 1.65 m to 2.80 m diameter. Also responsible for the construction of gullies & connections to manholes and utilities crossings, I have also been assigned the responsibility of Excavating manhole shafts (depths varies from 9.0 meter to 24 meters), formwork & concrete for the Jacking walls for the micro-tunneling. Also responsible for construction of lagoons for dewatering from the shafts.
Responsibility includes:

2. Raising R.F.I’s for each activity.
3 Arranging all type of construction material & machinery.
4 Preparing monthly and weekly reports.
5 Monitoring Site Engineers.
6 Involve in resolving technical issues.
7 Monitoring cost variation.
8 Maintaining progress of the work adhering to the planning schedule &
9 Adhering to the quality as per the consultant’s requirement.
10 Reporting day to day work to Project Manager.
11. Conducting safety inspection with Client and Consultant.
12. Monitoring the Dewatering System for very deep Manholes.
Construction & Finishing of 59 storey Silhouette Tower at West Bay.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the construction (5 Floors) of 59 storey Silhouette tower finishing works.
Coordination with MEP Subcontractors to complete the fit outs.
Responsible for all the finishing works that includes block works, plaster, screed of wet & dry areas etc.
Arranging all kind of construction material timely for a smooth progress of work.
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
Maintaining HSE standards throughout the project.
Reporting to Sr construction Manager.
Achieving targets adhering with the QA/QC standards.
Arranging and conducting inspections with consultant and taking approval before execution
Construction Supervision for Tunnel & Sub Stations at Sadiyaat Link Project
Responsible for the construction of 800 meters long Tunnel (Underpass) at Sadiyat Link project. This 800 m tunnel has been divided in 32 units consisting of construction and expansion joints includes preparation of earthwork, Sub Base, blinding concrete base slab of various thickness (starting from 1.5 m to 2.5 m), also includes walls of various heights (Starting from 2.5 m to 12 m) with top slabs of 2.0 m.
Responsible for the construction of 05 nos. of Substations at different location includes trench base, wall, grade beam, grade slab and roof slab. Also responsible for the Block work, Plaster & Paint for the substations, Fixing of 10 cm thick coloured Precast panels over the North & South Sides Walls of various height, Painting of Barriers & Painting of Walls for the open section, Painting of Walls & Soffit for the closed sections & Painting of Cope Beams on the top of walls. Monitoring of 30 mm thick Screed in 03 nos of Electrical rooms.
Construction Supervision for Private Beach Villa for HH Sheika Moazza at West Bay.
Responsible for construction of Ancillary buildings including 4 Nos Guard House, Marina House, Sea Water Pump Room, External Swimming pool, Fuel Tank, Substation, Carport, and Boundary wall, Manholes, including footings concrete, Fixing of GRP Lining, Rebar, Formwork, Pipes, Concrete & Waterproofing. Soakaways, includes surface preparation, Footing concrete, Fixing of Precast Rings with pipe connections, laying of Geotextile material and aggregate filling. Also Responsible for the finishing works including Block and Brick works, Wall Plaster, Shot Crete Plaster for the external walls of Wings(Shell), Fixing of Thermal Insulation Boards of 15mm, Waterproofed Enamel Paint for Tunnel Walls & Stucco Paint (Oikos & Venetiano) for External & Internal walls, Laying of under floor Heating pipes below 30mm thick Screed, Fixing of Floor Marbles including Arabscato, Statuary marbles, Epoxy Terrazzo for Kitchen area of main Villa and Ancillary Buildings, Cast in-situ Terrazzo in Ancillary buildings, GRG works for the ceiling for the ancillary buildings and for the Dome of main Villa, Glass Mosaic tiles for the base and walls of External & Internal Swimming Pools & Pond areas around all the 04 concrete wings, Curved Wooden Walkways around all the 04 Wings of the Palace. GRP works for the Drainage gutter on the top of the concrete wings (shell) and manholes walls. Responsible for the fixing of Natural stone for the entrance road area, 20 nos of
wheel stopper in the Car park area, Supervision for the application of Resin Bond aggregate for the car parking floor area, External Rendering works on the external walls of Ancillary Buildings & Fixing of Stainless Steel Curved Panels on the edges of Concrete shells (BullNose). I was also assigned the responsibility of monitoring the Erection of Precast Boundary wall panels around the palace.
