1) Product Costing - Cost of Production Analysis with clear break-up of COGS, Fixed Cost & Variable Cost (Ethylene & Polyethylene)
2) Product Profitability Analysis (LDPE & LLDPE grade-wise)
3) Break-even Analysis for Olefins, Utility & Polyolefin plants
4) Loss of Production - Financials as part of Enterprise Risk Management
Merger & Acquisition:
1) Merger of Chemicals & Petrochemicals Sales & Marketing activity under Muntajat - Qatar Chemical & Petrochemical Marketing Company (Better Premium Pricing, Savings of Sales commission, Diversified Sales, Branding under entity, and Centralised customer portfolio for product cross sell)
