• Handled the Manpower Planning of 7500 employees spanning 5 Agencies namely Strategy & Corporate Governance, Corporate Support Services, Rail, Traffic and Public Transport Agencies

• Analyzed New HR Requirements through proper Business Case Study and performed ROI’s vs HR Costs for various projects of RTA.
• Developed Nationalization retention programs based on which retention was enhanced namely Qiyadi, Managers Development Program. Periodically re-visited the Nationalization outcomes so as to include new positions and develop Nationalization programs for those positions in specified timeframe. Nationalization % was raised from 72% in 2010 to 91% in 2012.
• Developed the Competencies of personnel across RTA through recruitment assessments, job descriptions, Individual performance plan, Training & certification requirements.
• Develops Role Profile as per Wha’ts & What for Grades Evaluations and Submits to Dubai Government Human Resource (DGHR) periodically for Evaluation & Re-Evaluation of Positions across RTA.
• Benchmarking of Salaries with other enteritis across UAE so as to propose revision of salary scale to DGHR (Dubai Government Human Resource).
• Monitored development of Job Descriptions through proper Job Analysis across all agencies. Performed Job Analysis for making effective Org Structure and job performance including modification of roles & responsibilities
• Monitored the Balance Scorecard to measure the performance of various divisions and processes through objective oriented targets/outcomes with regard to DGEP Standards.
• Chief HR Advisor for Dubai Taxi and Etihad Rail in terms of Manpower Planning, HR Budgeting and Organization Re-Structuring.
