PERIODIC STUATORY TESTING AND INSPECTION:

 UPS, Server, Diesel Generator, Electrical system, Air conditioners testing and maintenance.
 Preventive, Predictive and corrective maintenance of equipment's.
OPERATIONAL:
 Housekeeping and security person management.
 office facility management
 Responsible for repair and maintenance of equipment’s and Stationery/printing stationery, other material management
 Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day admin & operational problems.
 MS office Managing Files, order the material as per the store requirements.
 Deal with incoming email, post or other correspondence as required
 Monitoring the housekeeping personnel, their punctuality and timeliness
 Operate within the HK materials and toiletries consumables budget
 Facility Management from Reception services, Visitor management, Logistics Management, Stores and Material Management etc.
 In and out of material/assets is recorded as per procedure/policies
 Prepare work schedule and supervise service provider/vendor staff to ensure they deliver product/services as per agreed terms
 Provide clean and safe work area. Take necessary action to upkeep and repairing of office furniture
 Maintenance of firefighting, Fire suppression and Security equipment’s.
 Upkeep of First Aid box and availability of medicines
 Preparing and updating periodic reports related to cost, consumption/utilization, stock etc.
