 Coordination process with Architects, structural engineers, Mechanical engineers, Public health services & Fire protection engineers prior to start site work.
 To supervise and monitor the site workers through site supervisors and monitoring the subcontractors work as per contract specification and client requirement.
 To attend the coordination meeting with Clients and Main contractor and update to Site Engineers/Supervisors for site work progress.
 Review of Specification and Bill of quantities and meet with Client to discuss about the submission schedules, progress updates, production status, quality and efficiency of drawings.
 To overlook quality control and safety standards on the site.
 To plan the work schedule efficiently and fulfill their client requirements in order to meet the duration of the project.
 To prepare the necessary paper works for the completion of work and get approval from client.
 To resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise in site at any time.
 To prepare daily wok report for the completion of activities and submit to the client for approval.
 Preparation of Monthly payment certification & progress report.
 To prepare Material Submittal documents for the Client Approval.
 Planning and arranging individual team for light, small power, Fire Alarm, Lightning protection system, Street lighting and low voltage system work.
 Testing of Electrical panels, lighting, Power, low voltage system etc.
