 Give Regular Reports to Senior/management.
 Train new housekeeping staff based on policies and standard.
 Have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and an obsession with cleanliness.
 Disciplining or coaching employees as necessary.
 Have to create weekly shift schedules and daily assignment schedules.
