• Prepare and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) specific to precast 3D elements.
• Review and submitting documents for Work Inspection Request, Material Inspection Request, Test Request,
Test Reports and Concrete Pouring Reports.
• Coordination of all inspections at site with Consultant and Site team.
• Monitor contractors Quality Management System on site and ensure that contractor is implementing and
following PQP, Standards, Specification and Contract Requirements.
• Issue NCRs to sub-contractors against the element of work not complying with approved method statement
or normal construction practice.
• Coordinate and witness field/lab testing of materials like soil, concrete, aggregate, and steel (e.g., slump test,
compaction test, cube test, etc.).
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, and test records.

• Execute and inspect ongoing construction activities (e.g., excavation, concreting, reinforcement, formwork,
masonry, finishing).
• Oversee all finishing works such as Plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling, flooring, joinery work and
architectural works.
• Coordinate with Consultants, interior designers and MEP Engineers.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, standards, and codes.
• Check incoming materials for quality, dimensions, and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with supervisor, foreman, subcontractors and labor teams.
• Ensure construction is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with QA/QC team to conduct inspections and tests.
• Ensure site safety practice in coordination with the HSE team.

• Conduct Site Walk and Quality Meeting at site on Bi weekly basis.
• Inspect and approve raw materials (aggregates, bitumen, geotextiles, etc.) before use.
• Monitor, supervise and inspect daily QC site activities like Compaction test, Concrete test, waterproofing test
etc.
• Monitor contractors Quality Management System on site and ensure that contractor is implementing and
following PQP, Standards, Specification and Contract Requirements.
• Examine and verify vendors material and supplied work and witness the manufacturing process prior to
shipment.
• Develop and implement Quality Control Plans.
• Responsible for all aspects related to Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
• Daily site Inspection and periodic offsite inspection.
• Issue NCRs to sub-contractors against the element of work not complying with approved method statement
or normal construction practice.
• Report to QA/QC manager about any deficiencies in the operation of the Quality Management and Quality
Control system.
• Coordinate and witness field/lab testing of materials like soil, concrete, aggregate, and steel (e.g., slump test,
compaction test, cube test, etc.).
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, and test records.
