• Keeping a close track on all the raw materials like sand, Bentonite, Coal dust, Graphite, Resin, catalysts and all other costly raw materials.

• Established Procedure for checking Specific Gravity and Viscosity of resin, catalyst and all types of coating materials.
• Reduced Percentage of Broken Molds in HWs Molding line from 12% to 10%.
