 Coordinate and supervise the Civil/Structural engineering aspects of the Client Onshore Projects to ensure the technical objectives are met within the approved scope, budget, and schedule.
 Supervise and coordinate regular and timely technical reviews of Civil/Structural related Engineering deliverables developed by engineering consultants/contractors, and structural designers for detailing to ensure optimization to meet operability, constructability and client requirements.
 Co-ordinate and interface with other Technical Departments, and Sub-Contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure quality execution and integrity.
 Provide technical assistance and coordination with other discipline engineers.
 Ensure that all details of work made available by the client are incorporated into the project schedule and made available to the construction personnel.
 Ensure that schedules and targets are met and Co-ordinate on-site with Quantity surveyor for actual installed quantities.
 Agree with the Project Manager on the need for technical services during the course of construction.
 Coordinate technical reviews and analysis during vendor prequalification, bid evaluation, and performance evaluation.
 Preparation of Structural material requisitions, PR’s and Technical bid evaluation of vendors offers, Vendor documents review and approval.
 Coordination with procurement and quality departments for purchase order and post order activities.
 Preparation of construction enquiry packages for SUB-CONTRACTING. Definition of scope of work, schedule requirements, preparation of BOQ, definition of all Technical, Quality, HSE and security requirements.
 Perform the review of technical bid submissions and perform technical bid analysis
 Kick-off meetings and subsequent meetings with Client and Subcontractors for progress monitoring and resolution
 Any other adhoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Includes inter-discipline coordination, preparation of engineering calculations, detail drawings and material take off during engineering phase. Providing on-site technical support, preparing material requisition, coordination with construction contractor, vendors and client during construction.

 Preparation of conceptual design and detailed engineering for new facilities and modification of existing facilities.
 Preforming detailed design as per Client Feed documents, HFZA & Sharjah Municipality standards.
 Involves in technical discussion with PMC and Municipality Technical Department for design approvals.
 Review contract drawings and take off quantities Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and confirm whether it Comply/vary with contract.
 Checking and approval of shop drawings and material submitted by the Contractors.
 Resolution of technical, progress, review meetings, financial issues due to change in scope of works or variation and implementation of construction activities to complete project on time
 Coordinating with department of QA/QC, contract planning, MEP and procurement department for progress of the work and project completion on time
 Issuing the Non Conformance Reports to the contractor in case if the executed works found not complying with the approved design/specifications.
 Specialized for mock up any activity prior to start the work. Giving the precautions to the site engineers prior to start any activity.

Design and Supervision of RCC Buildings. Responsible for Detailing and Checking of Shop Drawings for RCC Structure and Preparing BBS.
