• Project Cost Estimate (ER Estimates) and 56D form. Complete with Scope of work, basis and Unit rates.
• Value Engineering & Hypothetical Cost Estimates on Wastewater Treatment Plant at Rabigh Refinery.
• RFQ, Vendor correspondence and Evaluate vendor quotation.
• Direct Charge Purchase Requisition (DCPR) documents preparation.
