•Experience in application-based specialty chilled water treatment chemicals and handling industrial customers such as district cooling plant.
•More involvement & implement on automatic chemical dosing in HVAC application.
•Check and ensure the chilled water system is hydro-statically pressure tested and verify test certificate.
•Ensure the adequacy of sales related equipment or material.
•Respond to complaint from customers and give after sales support as and when required.
•Handle processing of all orders accurately and on time.
•Supporting accounts department with cash collection from credit customers.
•Ability to demonstrate products and deliver effective sales presentations to win new business.
•Engaged new customers and strengthened existing relationships.
