 Performing Marketing activities to promote allied products.
 Cross-selling remittance and WPS services.
 Interacting with customers and recommending them with the best suited type of NRP/NRI account and the bank for opening particular account.
 Assisting junior staff for efficient follow-ups, handling customer inquiries and remittance.
 Engaging in Day-End activities of the branch.
