• Worked with Citrix Consultancy Services to provide an Infrastructure Assessment and Design documents for SABIC
• Played team lead role in implementing LabWare LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) project in SABIC for Shared Services thru Citrix. Supported the project for IBM Servers, Windows Server, Clustering, Oracle 9i RAC Setup, SAN connection, and Citrix Implementation
As being a services company and technology partner company of many big names, received extensive training and internal documents on many products from Microsoft, Citrix, Symantec, NetScreen etc. Worked in various projects for product design and implementation, including the following major projects:

Project to Design, Implement and Support a Citrix Farm for the Enterprise to publish SAP GUI, Outlook Applications etc. over Intranet as well as over the Internet thru Citrix Secure Gateway and Web Interface. A fail-over farm at the backup site was setup as for Business Contingency Plan (BCP)

Project to control a virus outbreak and design and deploy Symantec Antivirus in the Hospital, which includes more than 16, 000 desktops
