As a Lead Project Engineer, responsible for supporting Affiliate to accomplishing the CAPEX Projects from CDP till project formal closeout. It includes supervising, planning, monitoring, and reporting assigned projects with compliance to applicable SABIC SES and IES.
1) CDP: Review Concept Development Package and accept the project in order to execute from
binging to handover and closeout financially in SAP.
2) Project Management: Prepare and submit Project Execution Strategy and close monitoring for execution and proper technical and commercial closeout.
3) Bidding: Conduct Bidder Prequalification, Prepare Invitation to bid, the scope of work, reviewing & drafting contract etc.
4) Schedule: Review, Analyses, Monitoring, Developing Project Schedules of various kinds and sizes of projects (What if, Recovery, Various levels, Shutdown, regular, etc.).
5) Communication: Extensive communication with end-users, various stakeholders, s and contractors to run the project smoothly from engineering, design, and installation to close out.
6) Cost: Budget, Costing, and CASH reporting at various stages and levels.
7) Assistance: Assisting to department Sr. Managers and GM at various levels of Planning and
Costing issues.

As Design Electrical Engineer, responsible to execute the projects from basic design to detail engineering design (e.g. development of system philosophy, electrical load calculations, and project planning & design execution which includes but not limited to
Identifying customer requirement and developed electrical system philosophy from concept to completion.
Verification of SABIC, ARAMCO and international codes and standards (e.g. IEEE, IEC, BS, EN, NEC, NFPA70) compliance.
Electrical equipment sizing (e.g. transformer, generator, cable sizing, lux calculation etc.) and prepared data sheets, specifications, single line diagram, MTO’s, SOW, plant hazardous area classification etc.
Conducts field investigations and prepares reports for design problems and issues.
Prepared power, grounding, duct layouts, lighting & power panel schedule and sub-station facility design.
was responsible for electrical related works of the project with following role but not limited to
Resource planning for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
Construction management and assure optimum outcome of site work.
Brief drawings and documents to the downstream of the Organization to execute job per defined standard and specification.
Interface and coordination of works with Client, Contractor, other discipline and departments.
Review and report plan and actual progress to all stakeholder on periodical basis.
Pre-commission and commission assistance of all Electrical discipline systems.
“EHSS is first” by ensuring all applicable health, safety, environmental standards.

Design Power, Control, Earthing and Lighting system with IEC/NEC standards.
Prepared and defined electrical equipment specification’s data sheets, e.g. LV induction motors, transformers, MCC’s.
ITB preparation, Tech Bid evaluation, Contract preparation.
Layout plan, hazardous area classification layout plan, electrical equipment and power cable routing layout plan.

Condensate Processing Facilities Project is designed and run by ENAR. Refinery has consumes 100% local condensate as it’s feed and refine to High Speed Diesel, Low Sulfur Furnace Oil, Kerosene, Light Naphtha & Heavy Naphtha.
I had been involved in the designing, procurement, erection, installation, commissioning and master startup of this refinery.
As a “Management Trainee” in Projects Department, I was used to co-ordinate for transfer, erection and commissioning of all production machines, generators, transformers as per its centrifuging process and company HSE policy. Moreover
Installation and maintenance of tablet compression machines, blister-packing machines, strip packing machine, sterile area machines.
Review and submit GMP validation documentation for systems, equipment & manufacturing processes, including validation plans, protocols and prepared reports.
As Service Engineer, my responsibilities were included but not be limited to the following:
Installation, testing & commissioning of LT panels, automatic transfer switching panels, DC drives & others controls related devices.
Installation, testing & commissioned of CNG dispenser panel and time-to-time fault diagnosing.
Installation, testing & commissioned of different capacity of Diesel Generator Set and responsible for servicing and maintenance.
Prepare and submit reports for calculation, distribution and optimization of voltage, frequency and RPM levels according to the generating capacity.
