Appointed as PLC programmer. Work area circles around Electrical Electronics Lab Based Textile Equipment.
1) Learning analyzing different textile lab based equipment. Out of many the legacy product is the Spectrophotometer. A color measuring device artistic in its kind that further helps in telling the recipe of any material's usually cloth's color exposed to it.
2) Paint Industry is also concerned. Different Dispensers that are used in development of new on choice colors studying and servicing of these equipment. Getting grip on the software to these machines.
3) Service and study of different cloth testing equipment that are used to measure the strength, fabric quality, air permeability and many other aspects of cloth.
4) Studying and Designing of Logic to automate complete Dyeing Plants that maybe Thread Dyeing or Jet Dyeing (Dyeing of complete clothing).
5) Different functions are to be made in the program since the objective is to automate the whole plant with very less human machine interaction.
6) A zero tolerance approach to prevent any Hazardous condition.
7) Job role is to provide complete assistance and service to the client industries.
8) Promotion of Sales.
9) Always looking forward and searching for any new technology in the concerned field.
