Duties & Responsibilities:
• Providing a Holistic and complete General Medical Services to the Hospital for both Out-Patients & In-Patients
• Form and Coordinate Infection Control Committee in the Hospital for Improving the care and quality of patient outcome.
• Forming and Coordinating Academic Activities in an organisation like the Presentation of Cases and Journals on a weekly basis
• Obligation to Form Protocols and Guidelines for Medicine Department along with coordinating the Training of Medical Staff on weekly basis.
• Obligations to write a record of the work done while setting out methodology and specifications adopted and applied for implementation of the patient care
• Obtaining a complete history of the patient & arriving at a comprehensive diagnosis, Investigating and providing immediate and appropriate care for the patients.
• Carrying out Any procedures under strict aseptic precautions
• Communicating efficiently with doctors of various specialties, colleagues, staff members, ward staff and patient relatives etc
