o Experience as Program Manager in multiple Programs like Data Leadership, Roaming Enhancement and Vendor Strategy
o Working with the organization’s senior management to set the overall strategy and objectives for a group of projects in the assigned Program
o Build and maintain a plan and schedule to estimate and allocate resources required to deliver the project's products or results
o Supervise work execution and report on progress status
o Identify connections and dependencies among the program's projects
o Continuously manage and adjust to inter-project dependencies for the program success
o Identify where unplanned changes may be occurring and assess their potential impact, and to model and/or test the impact of possible adjustments and corrections
o Assess and direct the proposed mitigation and controls against risks
o Manage the Program Information Control and Change Control
o Liaising with Market Vendors to evaluate upcoming project proposals
o Core network data-fill services with Multi-vendor experience
o Technical member of Project evaluation committees for core and core interworking projects
o Evaluation and preparation of RFPs
o Collection/analysis/maintenance of CNP input data, e.g. traffic models, routing schemes and interconnection plans
o Analyze and advice on requirements and impact of introducing new services and technologies
o Manage the capacity of core network & core nodes (EPC, UMTS, GSM)
o Producing and maintaining capacity and projection charts along with the illustrations of capacity limiting factors
o Core network design documents with a focus on CS and Core NW Architecture documents
o SS7oIP (SIGTRAN) signaling NW design
o In-depth knowledge of MSC/MSS in Pool, TFO/TrFO, Mobile Number Portability, SIP, MGG in Ericsson Platforms
o Good experience of Mobile Protocols including GCP (H.248), ISUP, BICC, MAP, BSSAP, RANAP, TCP/IP, IPBCP
o Interwork and support for integration of charging & service layer nodes in the Core NW including SCP/CCN, SMS-C/MMS, IVR, RBT, LBS etc.
o Impact analysis and reporting for site rehomings and BSC reparentings in the Core NW, also when migrating from Non-layered Architecture to Layered Architecture
o QoS implementation in MGWs for optimal call connectivity (MBAC)
o Experience of Single homing, Multi homing, SGW functionality, VLANs, DSCPs, VMGWs etc
o In-depth knowledge of Ericsson MGW HW configurations R4/5
