• Coordinate with local and overseas recruitment agencies to fill vacancies.
• Identify suitable recruitment channel for company.

• Job Posting's.
• Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling interviews, Salary Negotiations and full engagement till candidate joining.
• Experience in Social Media hiring, niche hiring and leadership hiring.
• Meets walk-in applicants, collects and assesses CVs.
• Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
• Forwards shortlisted cv’s to the concerned departmental heads for evaluation and Interviews.
• Conducts new employee orientation and apprises employee of benefit options.
• Maintains an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions.
Support HR functions like recruitment, performance evaluation and training of Pharmacists and all recruitments that which company in need.
Assisted managers with hiring procedures, screening of candidates, coordinating interviews.
To conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Research and recommend new sources for active candidate recruiting.
Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data
Assist in preparing and sending offer packages.
