Job:-Eastern Region Sales Coordinator from - June 2009 to till date
 Handled the tasks of dealing with customer queries
 Responsible for taking appointments for different customers
 Handled the tasks of preparing quotations for different products
 Responsible for maintaining files of sales invoice, Performa invoice and purchase orders
 Handled the tasks of promoting products and services of the organization
 Updated daily sales of the organization
 Communicated with the sales department regarding payment of outstanding bills
 Responsible for handling sales related issues
 Update daily report of sales team to Head office
 Ensure timely delivery of products to customers
 Evaluate reports and documents prepared by subordinates
 Responsible for preparing monthly sales reports
 Follow ups with logistics department for deliveries
 Requesting containers as per the sales team requirements
 Preparing quotations as per the customer requirements
Responsibilities
 Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
 Accurately capture customers requirements assist in developing training solutions to meet those requirements
 Schedule and coordinate with internal departments to support customers training plan through existing data systems other methods of internal communication
 Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on all promotions, courses & pricing restrictions
 Respond to requests from customers for information, developing delivering presentations, quotes, proposals, and related information as required
 Prospect generate sales with new customers
 Effectively communicate with various departments on a daily basis
 Perform all functions in a highly regulated environment in compliance with all levels of government regulations internal company policies
 Maintain customer service orientation in a dynamic setting with frequent interruptions
