•Adheres to ISO accreditation, regulation of the respective departments. Ensures the activities of the Departments conform to ISO 9001 Quality Management system, TL 9000 Quality Management system, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
•Monitor Quality Plans, Implementing Quality Improvement Strategies, reviews the activities plan and monitors the performance against the plans.
•As an Internal Auditor, plans schedule and carry out the auditing of processes & procedures independently.

•Reviews the process parameters, operational practices and raises flag in the event of any deviation from best practices, NCR and suggest corrective actions

•To monitor the condition of facilities, equipment and system for their efficiency, performance, operation cost, maintenance cost.
•To plan, schedule and carryout the facilities inspection and highlight the deviation from standard practices.

•To ensure that Plant’s preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance activities are carried out as per the schedule

•Assist in developing the internal procedures for establishment of Quality assurance section.

•Participate at the required level, in the ongoing development and training of the department’s employees.
• Works directly with the Chief Executive Officer and the Medical Director to coordinate the Quality Improvement Program of Access Care with accountability for specific goals and objectives. Knowledge of clinical policies and procedures and the ability to choose among a number of alternatives in overseeing and monitoring the development and implementation of the Quality improvement.
