• To Read the Technical specifications on daily basis and check with Project Engineer for clarification.
• At the area of work, Extracting maximum labour output and progress, with utmost priority to quality and aim for zero wastage of material.
• Responsible for commencement of work on time.
• Ensure that all Fit-out, false Ceiling work is being carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Hardworking and committed to getting ahead and planning ahead for set outs, wall openings, cut out marks in Gypsum wall, False Ceiling to ensure that installation teams have areas in front for installation
• Ensure correct technique of construction in safe working environment. Keeping work areas clean during and after work.
• Directing the work men on quality, Cost and time aspects. Ensuring whether desired output is obtained, if not assess the problem and rectify the same with site engineers input.
• Check labour bills and subcontract bills. Quality to be ensured to 100% for daily work.
• Request for material, Machinery and labor in advance.
• To carry out Technical supervision of ongoing Civil & Finishing work at all stages.
• To check the quality of all the materials received on site and prepare quality reports, defects, if any.
• To check the stacking and storage of materials in various godowns and stores of the site with neatness.
• To check and keep control on the wastage of material at site.
• To coordinate testing of materials wherever applicable and ensure specified quality standards are adhered to.
• To coordinate with different Departments, agencies to maintain and improve quality of construction work.
• Responsible for preparing bills as per the Project progress and submitting the same to the Consultant.
• Performed Site management activities daily (preparing manpower, progress reports, Assigning teams for day to day task execution) in parallel with Quantity Estimations.

• Inspecting form work of RCC work, steel structural work and making the arrangements to the requirements.
• Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
• Perform the tasks of maintaining drawing registers, drawing files as well as site filing system.
• Inspecting that housekeeping procedures are followed at jobsite, tools and equipment’s are properly maintained and safety rules are strictly enforced attending site coordination meeting with contractors regarding construction related problems and recommend solution.
• Inspecting the site before starting the every items of RCC work, supplying all required materials to RCC work.
• Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly progress report.
• Coordinating consultant engineer for work inspection & approval.
• Maintain the Quality at very high pressure
