• Planned & Proper implementations of Safety, Health & Environment system of company.
• Conduct and monitor the Safety induction session for new employees & Visitor.
• Investigation and reporting of all Accidents, incidents & Environmental Incidents.
• Investigation and reporting of all Learning Events (Near Miss).
• Audit & Compliance for the use of Personal Protective Equipment.
• Audits of Safety Equipment and ensure the provision of proper first aid and fire protection requirements.

• Carryout Job Risk Assessments and work Methodology for each activities.
• Preparation and updating the report of Man hours without LTI.
• Preparation and updating the Training record.
• Participate and Preparation of Job Safety Analysis for all the jobs, based on Method Statement.
• Ensuring the compliance to work permit procedure for hot work, cold work, Electrical, and Confined space entry.
• Safety audit for lifting Equipment’s, and tools including third party audit.
• Makes daily HSE Report & other Safety Audits / Inspections and updating in the HSE plan and distribute half yearly basis.
• Monitors toolbox talks / safety meetings conducted by Discipline Supervisors/Engineers..
• Organize training on Safety, Health & Environmental aspects within the Project.
• Carry out Safety Inspection of Earth moving equipment, Cranes, marine crafts.
• Carry out Safety Inspection of different types of scaffolding & implementation of Scafftag system.
• Carry out Safety Inspection of Electrical Equipment, Electrical distribution boards, electrical cables.
• To establish a high level of safety awareness through training, communication and weekly briefings in order to raise awareness.
• To inspect crew safety conditions and monitor for unsafe behavior in order to ensure the number of incidents are continuingly reduced Safety training and education
• Carry out site surveys, in association with the project management team, to ensure that only safe methods of working are in operation and that all regulations are being observed.
• Carry out H&S inspections and ensure non-conformances are closed out.
