Worked in US Mortgage Operations handling vendor invoice management using AIQ (Assurant Intelligence Queue) and Director 7.
Reviewed property inspection invoices submitted by vendors with before, during, and after work photo documentation. Validated invoice amounts against approved billing limits and internal policy guidelines. Approved compliant invoices, released invoices back to vendors for correction when discrepancies were found, and denied invoices with incorrect or unjustified billing. Supported loss analysis special project by reviewing financial records for loss mitigation reporting.
