Ensure Insurance/risk coverage - Marine, motor vehicles, properties/facilities, fidelity, money, Fire, other perils & public liability cover for the organization,
Liaison between Insurance vendors & the organization for all claims & policy decisions related to claims & liability,
Assessment of claims and coordinating with clients for supporting documents with regards to final claimed amount,
Negotiating for claimed amount with both shipper & vendors in order to reduce exposure
Recording each claim transaction until final closure,
Documentation of claims processed hard/soft copies for future reference

Maintain settled claim subrogation - acknowledged by the customers in hard/soft copies
Documenting outgoing and incoming correspondence
Operations floor management - ensuring best practices for handling of shipments
Damage prevention training to operations staff at major locations
Surprise on site visit - to check freight handling & freight security and put corrective actions in place to reduce failure occurrences,
Conducting Kingdom wide periodic training for all personnel in frontline position on claims processes and implement corrective steps to reduce failures,
Analyzing failure cases to ascertain trend of claims and putting corrective actions in place,
Working out best deal for salvages on a case to case basis,
Periodic departmental training plan & implement solutions
