PROJECT: Ministry of Education (Head Office), DAMAC ESCLUSIVA TWIN TOWER’S, National Center for Privatization (NCP), MOTOROLA, SHIRE, BURBERRY, THOMSON REUTERS.
LOCATION: RIYADH, CENTRAL PROVINCE, SAUDI ARABIA
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performing preventative building repairs and maintenance checks.
Responsible to implement and sponsor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and all other business compliance standards and regulations across all QO functions
Accountable to build an effective, capable, and high-performing organisation. Responsible to develop talent, review organisational effectiveness, performing competence assessments and continuous skill-upgrades
Responsible to execute a customer-focused Operations strategy
Managing an entire hard and soft services team.
Ensuring the highest possible standards and service is received from third party companies.
Helping to drive operational change for better business performance.
Delegating tasks and then monitoring staff performance.
Coordinating essential central services such as security, maintenance and cleaning.
Liaise with and source suppliers for maintenance services.
Overall responsibility for security on all sites.
Create an environment that rewards initiative and enthusiasm that empowers their staff to do their best work, think critically, and to develop creative solutions for complex problems.

Responsible for site maintenance like: HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarms, FFE, Building/Civil Works etc.
Keeping senior management informed of all changes in my areas of responsibility.
Coordinating and leading a team or teams of staff to cover various areas.
Responsible for the management of services and processes.
Responsible for building maintenance repairs and services
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
Formulate strategic and operational objectives
Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
Manage budgets and forecasts
Perform quality controls and monitor operation’s KPIs
Supports contracts management team for all relevant technical specifications and scopes, QA/QC requirements, and operating procedures in FM delivery.
Ensure CAFM Asset Lists and Planned Maintenance Schedules are up-to-date.
Ensure CAFM PMS compliance is fully adhered to by service providers.
Ensure effective levels of communication and coordination on FM projects.
PROJECT: KING ABDULLAH RESIDENTIAL CITY (NATIONAL GUARD).
LOCATION: AL HASA, EASTERN PROVINCE, SAUDI ARABIA
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for carrying MEP maintenance projects against agreed scope, schedule & client expectations. Coordinating with different departments & discipline in order to deliver projects according to plan.
Duties:
Responsible to undertake scheduled and breakdown maintenance of Chillers, AHU’s, FCU’s, VRV system, Cascade & Spilt AC units, CHW pumps, Ventilation & Exhaust systems, WTP & STP plants, Fire systems, Domestic & Portable water plants.
Responsible for maintaining the critical system & equipment’s breakdowns.
Ensuring that industrial machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably.
Expertise in diagnosing the system failure & errors.
Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults
Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
Well versed with computerized systems to oversee routine maintenance and organize repairs.
Liaising with client departments, customers and other engineering and production colleagues
Monitoring & supervision of engineering and technical staff.
Experience in repairing the CHW, HVAC, FF, Plumbing & WTP/STP Equipment’s.
Writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines.
Obtaining and arrangement of specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components.
Maintaining & managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
Experience in maintaining statistical and financial records of the tasks accomplished.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
Carrying out quality inspections on job
Overseeing Inventory and Follow-ups.
Maintaining Project Documentation System, providing project document and drawing control function.
Reporting project status to the management including schedules, cost and issues.
Analyzing task changes within the contract statement of work and new commitments to the customer.
Reviewing project metrics against quality objectives, targets and improvement goals.
PROJECT: RIMAL
LOCATION: BOSHAR, MUSCAT, OMAN
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and schedule the work and efficiently organize the plant and site facilities in order to meet an agreed Programme of deadlines.
Ensure that the work is done in accordance with the approved Method Statement and is inspected and tested in accordance with the approved Inspection and Testing Plan.
Attend regular meetings with Technical Coordinator, MEP Manager, MEP Subcontractor(s) and/or General Superintendent.
Supervise and monitor the work of MEP subcontractors for compliance with maintenance contract requirements. Coordinate the work of subcontractors with other works.
Oversee quality control and safety matters and ensure that regulations are adhered to.
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at the site in consultation with the Technical Coordinator, MEP Manager, and MEP subcontractor(s).
Prepare necessary paperwork for the completion of work and get it authorized by the Engineer after their inspection.
Review measurement ledgers of MEP subcontractors works in close coordination with the Quantity Surveyor for the purpose of invoicing.
Read and understand construction and other drawings, specifications and other technical information.
Mark field changes on construction drawings and review As-Built drawings prepared by MEP subcontractors for compliance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for scheduled maintenance of VRV Systems, AHU’s, Package & Cascade units.
Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults
Reporting project status to the management including schedules, cost and issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Calculated heat load with the help of the manuals as per the norms of the organization.
Coordinated with the clients and consultants and provided good communication channels for engineer issues.
Monitored all the electrical and plumbing process of the project and ensured that the work was done smoothly.
Designed the mechanical work for the industrial projects and developed cost saving ways for the project.
Providing firefighting facilities in the locations as per the requirement.
Evaluated the drawing and studied the dimensions drafted carefully
Coordinated with the AC and Ducting Supervisor and resolved all technical problems in the facility.
