• Supported development of IT strategy, budgets, policies & procedures, and IT technology roadmap to enable the organization and offer competitive advantage in the region.
• Aligned business and IT strategy by selecting, procuring and deploying strategic systems including Healthcare, Pharmacy, Radiology, Laboratory, ERP, POS, EDMS, Scheduling, and Patient Revenue System to streamline business processes. Outsourcing and Managing IT projects local and off-shore.

• Lead and manage the business and clinical software applications of the hospital, including design, development, sourcing and implementation of the applications that are progressive and in line with hospital’s information needs.
• Consult and support senior management to determine organizational and process needs, matching them to application functions, and prioritizing new projects, upgrades, and acquisitions.
• Ensure timely and accurate generation and execution of all management information systems, and that operating procedures and audits/controls are in place and correctly used by employees.
• Provide technical expertise and render professional advice to software vendors and users on matters relating to the development, integration, and use of applications.
• Project and Program Management of applications across several business units providing SaaS.
