Projects / Achievements:
• Successfully created and implemented Inbound shipment process resulting error free and complete documentation & reduction in clearance time & extra cost
• Streamline Scrapping and unsellable items process.
• Create central customer database used for all logistics related info: documents requirement, nominated forwarder details, Payment terms, incoterms, VAS, labeling requirement, palletized / un-palletized etc.

My responsibilities:
Generating business unit/market/sku level sales forecast for rolling 12 months.
Managing inventory of around 250 SKUs to prevent excess stock and stock out for the assigned business Unit. Including Range of coverage calculation of stock on hand and distributor’s stock analysis.
To lead & manage SIOP/ S&OP meetings on a monthly basis to validate forecast by ensuring all key stake holders (Sales, Marketing and Finance) are aligned.
Maintaining Inventory Targets & ensure arrival Plans for timely availability and sticking to the agreed service levels.
Close Coordination with supply planning team to ensure uninterrupted supplies.
To produce statistical sales and demand forecasts.
Maintaining trend analysis on historic data across all dimensions of business and using those in the forecasting process.
Updating SKU level forecast in the Integrated Planning system "APO (SAP)" on weekly & monthly basis.
Preparing sign-off report for Top Management (showing YTD actual sales and sales to go for calendar year) to proactively identify the gaps vs. budgeted plans for the year.
Coordinate with sales (Bottom up) and marketing (Top down) for the promotional and Innovation Plans.
New Product Introduction (NPI), phase out & Material Master Data management.
KPI’s: Demand forecast accuracy DPMA, Excess stock %, missed sales, customer satisfaction level.

Preparations of sales and Delivery orders in SAP as per customer requested delivery date and proper follow-ups with 3PLs to meet timelines.
Ensure proper maintenance of customer master data (e.g. incoterms / payment terms) in SAP for smooth operations and timely billing to recognize revenue.
Preparing & updating Load leveling tool for efficient warehouse operation.
Providing next 2-3 months expected inbound / outbound load to warehouse for capacity planning.

• Actively involved in implementing company-wide SIOP improvement Project. Appointed as SIOP/S&OP coordinator between Dubai Office and Head quarter for controlling.
• Successfully completed SAP FIL integration Project. (Integration of two kernel)
• Awarded as Employee of the month for identifying & recovering unclaimed freight charges usd70k due to mix up in inco-terms.
• Successfully implemented Operational excellence by preparing Excel based plan consolidation tool for customers to help in improving their forecast errors & measuring their forecast accuracy. Also developed other tools like Goods movement report for efficient inventory management.
• Preparation of container optimization tool to efficiently manage resources.
• Completed Super user certifications and involved in continuous development of team mates by helping them with useful hints on the issues and train them in SAP as and when required.
