• Daily site walk to inspect the dry lay of marble, installation & protection after the installation to make sure the quality assurance & installation will go on as per client requirements.
• Prepare and issue detailed weekly reports about the progress of marble installation and work flow.
• Attend project coordination meetings as requested or required.
• Follow with the relevant sub-contractor regarding the snag list issues.
• Preparing the attic stock as per the contract and handing over to client.
• Raising and issuing the entire site related CVI’S (Confirmation of Verbal Instruction).
