Responsibilities:-
• Maintain technical knowledge of hardware/ software of POS machines.
• Setup, configure and test hardware/software components.
• Install of HW/SW at client sites, run and connect all cables between and at cashier devices.
• Provide telephone, remote and on-site support for quick resolution of problem.
• Provide training to customer regarding hardware/software and troubleshooting techniques.
• Installations and maintenance of point of sale machines.
• Ticket Handling and Co-ordination with Team leader and helpdesk regarding service issues.
• Provide service to customers within Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Achieve daily and monthly set target (Minimum 10 tickets per day).
• Coordination with Accounts Managers with all Banks who affiliated by Geidea.
• Make sure to configure right account detail provided by bank.

Responsibilities
• IT administration tasks maintaining the company IT network, server and security system To ensure the business continuity, also responsible for investigating and diagnosing network problems, collecting IT usage stats, making recommendations for improving the company's IT systems and carrying out routine configuration and installation of IT hardware and software solutions.
• Assistant Sales Manager tasks customer, clients and vendor dealing, provide quotation and tendering as per requested by an organization, memo within the branches for record management, also include phone calls, handling emails, maintaining office supplies, assigning tasks to sales representatives, writing reports, doing paperwork, and liaising with business partners and up keeping of marketing / sale of machinery etc.
• Document Controller tasks for controlling the numbering, filing, sorting and retrieval of electronically stored or hard copy documentation produced by technical teams, projects or departments in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.

Responsibilities
• Drafting of building/road/housing societies.
• 2D plan detail drawing from scratch as per project requirements.
• 3D drawing prepare for presentation of final view of project using CAD software.
• 3D Models and objects for rendering drawing.
• Adjust current drawings and recommend changes based on their understanding and knowledge of
the project.
• Design and draft CAD (computer-aided design) drawings.
• Follow project schedules.
• Meet all project specifications and formatting within company principles.
• Meet project due dates.
• Work closely with the AutoCAD manager, project managers, and project engineers to make sure
that the design is precise. Also to ensure and that contract responsibilities are met.
• Accountable for the maintenance of the CAD drawing library.
• Prepare presentation materials using AutoCAD graphic software.
• Review and interpret client specifications.

I have completed 06 months certificate in Auto CAD (Civil) from Punjab board of technical education Lahore with marks 71 out of 100 and placed grade A
i have completed Faculty of Arts (F.A) in the subjects Education and got 486 marks out of 1100 with Grade D
i have completed 03 years diploma of Associate Engineer in Information Technology including 02 years equal to bachelor degree and 01 year specialization in IT subjects obtained 2140 marks out of 3550 and placed in 1st division.
I have completed Matriculation (SSC) Secondary School Certficate in science group with marks 438 out of 850 and got grade C
