Developing & Implementing Safe Working Procedures and Safe Workplace Environment in the hospital.
HSE Committee Co-chairperson.

Preparing the training internal & external as per the requirements for all groups in the organization.
Organizing the Fire Drills and its plan internally and externally and coordinating with Kuwait Fire Force for a Mock Drill.
Management of Contractors for the safety concerns.
Conducting of Safety Induction/ orientation for new staff.
Documentation.
Working as an Health and Safety Officer on an residential project by implementing health and safety requirements as per the company policy and procedures.
responsible for regular supervision and documentation for all the plant activities, training's, tbt's, hazard reports, ncrs etc.

Worked in Riyadh metro project under Cicon cut & bend building materials with a total manpower of 120 workers in day and night shift.
Monthly workplace inspections, weekly over-head crane inspections, daily tool-box talk, regular theory and practical training's describing the work and machinery, providing first-aid, documentation, hazard reports, non-conformity reports etc.
