Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software system, including servers, workstation and network devices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues, ensuring the availability and reliability of IT systems.
• Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related queries.
• Manage network security, including firewall configurations, VPNs, and data protection protocols to safeguard company data.
• Configure Active Directory, Group policies, Setting up new users accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
• Manage system backups, data restore, and disaster recovery planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements regarding IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with various departments to assess IT needs and provide effective solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Implement and manage updates, patches, and upgrades to software and hardware systems.
• Support cloud computing services, including data migration, storage, and remote access solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, including network configurations, licenses, and maintenance logs.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Manage IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, software implementations, and system integrations.
• Research and recommend new technologies to enhance the companys IT capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Installing and configuring computer systems (both Hardware as well as Operating Systems).
• Responding to IT Support requests.
• Diagnose Software, Hardware and Networking Issues.
• Providing technical support via remote access systems.
• Repairing Hardware malfunctions, software issues and networking problems.
• Installing printers, scanners.
• Tracking and managing work records.
