Prepare certify the monthly invoice of staff consultancy contract accordingly to the mandays and compute the mandays with the agreed rates.
Coordinates with consultant accounts and clients for submission of invoice
Taking and typing up minutes of meeting, technical meeting, safety meeting and weekly progress meeting.
Receiving various types of invoices checking they are correct and getting Project Manager to sign them.
Ensure drawings and drawing registers are keep up to date( hard & electronic copies)
All documents to be printed and filed in the correct places into the site files.
Inputting drawings into system and issuing out to subcontractors, design team and site teams
Issue of drawings to contractor.
Dealing with routine correspondence
Ability to present the official matters in professional way
Ability to handle the Office Automation such as; Computer, Laptop, Fax, Scanner, Photo copier etc.
Manage to handle the Office activities in absence of higher officials
Ability to conduct Review Meeting and coordinate the activities
Assist and co.ordinate the Managers as well as staff members in day-to-day works
