Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and heading all the IT Projects ensuring timely accomplishments of the projects within the defined timeline
• Overseeing all operations and level 3 support for the servers and applications.
• Performed advanced troubleshooting of physical/virtual hardware (VMware ESX/ ESXi) and Coordinating with other teams to maintain 99.99% uptime.
