B-602 : UPPER MANAGEMENT BUILDING (Value SR # 150 Million).
B-403 : FACULTY OF COMPUTER SCIENCE (MALE CAMPUS) (Value SR # 175 Million)
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Independently handling the three huge Water Tanks (size 200m x 200m x 7.5m). It
Includes Raft Foundations of three different depths 1.00m, 0.70m & 0.35m. Shear Beam
of size 1.10m x 3.00m all around the tank. External retaining Wall which includes Outer
Face inclined and inner face vertical width at bottom 1.10m & at top 0.35m.
- 3 Nos. of R.C.C. internal walls across the water tank parallel to each other @ 55m
C/C opening at the end allows the water to the next chamber. R.C.C. Columns size 0.70 x
0.70 x 7.5m @ 6.10m c/c; R.C.C. Slab (Roof) 20cm thick, 8 - Drain Chambers, 1 - Inlet
Chamber; 2 - Outlet Chambers & over Flow weir.
- Two Layers of Water Proofing Membranes are used as a water barrier covered by
Protection screed. At every expansion joint 2cm. Filler cork & 25cm wide PVC water
Stopper is used. Concrete mix used with 0.38 water cement ratio.
- Finishing Epoxy work inside the Tanks expansion joint treatment i/e. proper filling of
Sealant with cover.
- Myself also responsible for checking Shop Drawings of Madinah as well as Yanbu
Water Tank Projects. Execution of all activities of water tank till getting approval from
Consultant, co ordination with Superiors
Responsibilities & Duties:
1) DAR AL QIBLA PROJECT:
- Supervision of Raft foundation including Reinforcement & Concreting as per approved Shop drawings.
- Overall Supervision of complete Structural work for 5 Basements comprising Hordi Slabs including core
structure & panoramic Elevator structure & Stairways & Ramps, Underground water tank, Pump rooms &
Retaining walls.
- Quality Control incl. dry mix, design mix, compressive strength, test 3, 7& 28 days, Waterproofing from
foundation for all perimeter walls.
- Supervision of Structural works from GF to Roof constituting rectangular +circular Columns, Drop/concealed
Beams, Hordi/Solid slabs & core walls & foundations for Mechanical equipment at Roof.
- Architectural works include supervision of Block work, Plastering, Interior finishes, and Gypsum partitions
arch. Screed (incl. fiber & non-fiber), Stone cladding incl. Rock-wool Insulation & Floor finishes & Precast
panel cladding, Hardener screed at Parking areas in Basements, Fixing of Hollow Metal Door frames.
- Inspection of material i/e. compressive strength of cylinders, proctor test, field density Test and other required
test.
2) EXTENSION OF TAIBAH UNIVERSITY, MADINAH MUNAWWARAH
- Site Supervision, Quality Control, Review of Shop & As-Built Drawings, Modification Of different types of
Drawings etc.
- Supervision of Shuttering work, Reinforcement as per approved drawings, Study of soil Investigation reports
with complete required test reports i.e. bore-hole study, proctor’s Tests, CBR test reports, bearing capacity test
reports.
- Compaction test of soil layer by layer, concrete trail mix at batching plants of different Type of concrete.
- Quality control of concrete at site slump test, compressive strength test 7 days, 28 days in Independent
laboratory.
- Approval of asphalt mix design for road and parking area, supervision of laying of Asphalts with controlled
temperature and carrying different type test i.e. Marshal Test, Core Test for finding compaction grade.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Co-ordination with Superiors, Consultants, P.M., C.M., Sub-Contractors, Foremen & Survey Team. Checking
layout as per drawings. Arrangement of Material, Manpower & Equipment.
- Execution of raft foundations combined & Isolated footings of Parking area, Prince Building & Administration
Building.
- Execution of 3 Parking Basements including ramps, elevators, staircase, retaining walls, Shear walls, normal &
heavy columns, beams (up to 3 meter depth), suspended solid slabs (incl. 80 cm. for shelter in Prince Building),
decorative walls, arches, vaulted roofs, tunnels, Heavy cantilever structure which is balancing the dome weight,
cantilever ring slab (45cm.) Under the dome and stub columns etc.
- Execution of utility buildings i.e. transformer room, chiller room, generator room, U.G. Domestic & Irrigation
water tank, U.G. Sewage sump pits, Duct Banks and manholes etc.
- Supervision of water proofing, laying of pre-cast Double-T & Hollow core Slabs.
- Time to time directly involved in all types of work specially R.C.C. work including steel Work, bar bending
schedule as well as form work important work which I undertook from The very beginning was the supervision of layout, formwork, reinforcement steel, and Concrete for a 16 meter dia. DOME (12 meter high).
- Supervision and checking of Shop drawings and As-built drawings.

FACTORIES, HOUSING, VILLAS & EMBASSIES PROJECT
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Preparing bar bending schedule & Checking the Reinforcement details and layout of intake structures,
Power tunnels, chimneys using slip form system, boiler foundations etc.
- Arranging material and organizing manpower and equipment.
- Preparing daily & monthly progress reports.
- Taking care of earth work including preparing of back filling material at O.M.C. for yard And structural back
filling.

TELEPHONE EXCHANGE BUILDING INCLUDING RESIDENTIAL BLOCK
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Supervision of each & every item of different Project it includes.
- Supervision and inspection of R.C.C work from foundation to parapet wall.
- Time to time company needed me for estimation of the projects.

- Taking care of all finishing work water proofing cladding, Gypsum work Brick work Plaster and paint Polishing
work Wood work etc.
- I always carry the project in good manner in case of mistake critical conditions
Suggested the solution to the contractor to rectify the problem as per site situation.
