Responsible for subcontractors contracts
Drafting and reviewing contracts and provide PO & PR.
Review and enter contractor/supplier contract and invoice data
into the system.
Review project scope and provide proper Bidding.
Make a quotations for materials to be provided.
Monitoring the supplier contractor's implementation of all terms
and conditions of the contract
Preparing a relationship plan with all parties involved in the project.
Preparing documents and reports specialized in engineering works
and projects
Work to resolve contract disputes with the supplier/contractor
through appropriate consensual methods
* Inspect project sites to monitor progeess and ensuer conformance to desing specications and safety or sanitation standards
* Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
* Direct Engniering Activites, Ensuring Complance With ENVIRONMENTAL,
Safety, or other governmental regulations
Researching and providing estimates for project Making recommendations or presenting alternative solutions to problemsl Condently liaising with clients and other professional subcontractors
Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures
